I’ve been leading in the world of higher education management for over 15 years, and it’s been an incredible journey. Right now, I’m the Academic Affairs Manager at Saudi German Health Group – UAE, where I’ve achieved milestones like securing institutional accreditation, establishing academic collaborations with top universities, and even quadrupling program admissions. One of my favorite accomplishments? Creating a shadowing program for students passionate about medicine—it’s so rewarding to see their enthusiasm. Before this, I spent over a decade at the British University in Egypt (BUE). There, I wore many hats, from enhancing quality assurance standards to building bridges with UK universities. I loved shaping student experiences and mentoring my team to work efficiently and creatively. I started my professional journey as a computer engineer and eventually combined my tech-savvy mindset with my love for education. I’m even pursuing an MBA now, which keeps me sharp and forward-thinking. What keeps me going? It’s knowing that my work directly impacts students, faculty, and institutions, helping them grow and excel. I’m all about building strong relationships, staying reliable, and finding innovative ways to improve everything I touch. It’s not just a career, it’s my passion.
